The purpose of this contract is to support the Commission’s work to objectively monitor, measure and publish the progress of the operationalisation of the Eastern Caribbean Economic Union (ECEU) and the development achievement of the OECS region as prescribed in the Protocol of the ECEU in the Revised Treaty of Basseterre (RTB), and summarised with Articles 2 and 13.

The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) received financing from Tenth European Development Fund (EDF-10) - Strengthening of the Capacity of the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) Coordinating Unit and Participating States for Implementation of Comprehensive Disaster Management Project and intends to apply the proceeds from this grant to eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of items for which this Invitation to Bid is issued. The Invitation to Bid, in English, may be requested by interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written request to the email address indicated in the ITB.
