The CDEMA – OECS Environmental Sustainability Webinar Series presents a webinar titled "Shelter Management, Best Practices and Tools for Preparedness" on 14th July 2020 at 10:00 a.m. This webinar will discuss the implications of the COVID-19 crisis for shelter management policy, protocols and practices, now and in the future, and provide practical approaches for managing shelters during the crisis.

At a special ceremony during the 11th Caribbean Conference on Comprehensive Disaster Management in Maho, Sint Maarten, Dr. Latchman received the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) Council Award 2019 for her contribution to “knowledge management and learning for comprehensive disaster management”.
