July 28th, 2015 (UNISDR) - The UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNISDR) today launched a search for communities that demonstrate excellence in managing disaster risk in order to draw attention to the importance of local knowledge, traditions and customs in the struggle against extreme weather events, climate change and earthquakes.
Applications are invited for an internship position on Climate Change Adaptation for Agriculture with IICA Canada and the British Columbia Agriculture and Food Climate Action Initiative.
